Links or media that deepen understanding (not outrage).
Encouragement, humor, small sparks of joy.
Respectful dissent that helps refine an idea.
4 | What Isn’t
Personal attacks, sarcasm aimed at people.
Spam, self-promotion, or political campaigning.
Content designed to provoke anger or fear.
AI-generated dumps or bulk reposts, this is a human space.
That said, we encourage responsible use of AI as a tool, especially reflective ones like TruthForge.
5 | The Dissent Quorum
Every strong idea deserves at least one thoughtful counterpoint.
When we hold a vote or explore a proposal, it isn’t “done” until we’ve heard dissent.
Mark your replies with #Dissent: to signal respectful disagreement.
Disagreement is how the organism breathes.
6 | Quiet Weeks
Once a quarter we pause posting for seven days.
No new threads, just listening and reflection.
It’s how we reset tone and keep the light steady.
7 | Moderation & Stewardship
Chat hosts may hide or pause comments that drift off-mission.
Repeat disruption = a quiet removal.
Transparency first: moderators explain their decisions openly.
Every six months, new volunteer hosts are invited to keep the culture fresh.
8 | Privacy & Trust
We don’t harvest or sell data.
Screenshots stay private unless permission is given.
If something feels off, message a host directly, we fix things in the open, with empathy.
9 | Living Document
This policy will evolve through the same process we use for ideas: conversation, feedback, and public revision.
